Dudu Sacco hereby submits this call for nomination in the next Annual General Meeting (AGM), 2025, to fill up the forthcoming vacancies in the Sacco leadership – in accordance with the Co-operative Societies Act & Rules, Regulations, Society By-laws, Society policies and rules governing the nominations and election procedures in the Society. Thus, this circular is a formal invitation to all qualified members to present their candidature for the vacant positions in the Board and the Supervisory Committee (see Table 1) for vetting and subsequent nomination for election during the next AGM in 2025.
